The Professional Golfers’ Association of Malaysia (PGAM) is the sole governing body for professional golf in Malaysia, registered under the Office of the Sports Commissioner.
PGAM is dedicated to developing golf professionals, raising coaching standards, supporting professional tournaments, and working with industry partners to grow the game throughout Malaysia.

Our Story
Our journey began in 1978 with the formation of the Malaysian Professional Golfers’ Association (MPGA). As professional golf in Malaysia continued to grow, the association evolved into the Professional Golfers’ Association of Malaysia (PGAM) in 1992, marking a new chapter focused on developing the profession and strengthening the game.
Today, PGAM is committed to developing golf professionals, advancing coaching standards, supporting professional tournaments, and working alongside clubs and industry partners to grow golf across Malaysia.
